What is a Co-op?
At the Co-op, faculty and parents work together in the best interest of the children. Parents have the opportunity to be involved with the school in various ways. Their involvement includes: classroom participation, serving on a committee, or on the Board of Directors. These opportunities are wonderful ways to meet other Co-op families and to build great friendships. You do have the option to opt out of committee requirements.
"I am so thankful to have found the Co-op. The educational program is developmentally appropriate and encourages children to be communicators, risk-takers, creative, balanced, and principled. The nurturing teachers are masters in their field. By participating in my son's class and watching the teachers at work, I have become a better parent. Lastly, I have made so many wonderful friends at the Co-op by serving on various committees. The Co-op is truly a special place."
